It is a Limited Company incorporated in 1983 under the Company Act 1956 and is also listed in Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). Initially the Company was incorporated with the objective of investing in various industries.

Aligning with the objective of diversification, our management entered the business of manufacturing injection moulding base components under its own brand RIDH.

Our Specialization is we carry a 80 tonnage – 850 tonnage injection moulding machines.
