• Organize and supervise daily activities and ensure smooth operations
• Monitor closely of the production processes and implement corrective actions to ensure product quality and production efficiency
• Implement a reaction plan in the event of any abnormal or non-conforming issues and specify a course of action to be taken
• Coordinate and assign tasks to operators, material handlers, and technicians
• Provide training to the production team, evaluate and maintain the training records
• Ensure work practices and work safety protocols are compiled at all times
• Maintain good housekeeping within the workplace
• Provide suggestions on the machine parameter setting and operational instructions for further improvement

Requirements:
• Field of study: Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic/Electromechanical Engineering or Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of plastic injection Moulding/assembly experience in a operator role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Possess working experience in plastic injection mould or assembly industry
